They usually start several minutes early with an audio described montage. But
yes, it should be readily available in the app.
If not, go to the Apple web site and click on the watch link.
It will either stream it on safari, or through the app.

At 10 o’clock or so AM Pacific time, just open the TV app, and it should be at
the top of what to watch. It should be pretty easy to find. I just swipe right
from the top left corner of the screen.
