No, Lazarillo and Good Maps are not the same. Neither one has been discontinued.
GoodMaps Outdoors bought Seeing Eye GPS, so Seeing Eye GPS is no more, it is now GoodMaps Outdoors. The user guide and a walk through are available at: GoodMaps Outdoors | Goodmaps<https://www.goodmaps.com/apps/good-maps-outdoors> Lazarillo will provide GPS turn by turn directions for walking routes. But will have to use something like Google Maps or Apple Maps if a person wants turn by turn directions for a vehicle. They are both free.
