On the iPhone in Apple Music, once you have searched for an artist and are looking at the list of albums, you can also do a flick up/down to More, double tap, then swipe right until VO says, "Add to Playlist." You can then double tap on the playlist you want and the entire album will be added.

You should be able to choose from the music browser an album you wish to add to a list. Once you have selected it and stop interacting with the music browser and move to the right to the table of songs and interact, you can highlight all of the songs in the table with command+a. Check the
