Ron, I was having this very same problem and a rep from KNFB Reader Support said they couldn't duplicate the problem and suggested I uninstall and reinstall KNFB Reader. When I did, the problem disappeared. Apparently, it is not all that unusual for burps to occur during the install or upgra
