Family sharing only works if you are the organizer, and while she still has her
own account, any purchases she makes as part of the family sharing will go on
your credit card.
If you take her off the family sharing, then shared apps will no longer be
available to her.
The only way around this is
Yes, it is. An easy way to find out is to find the app in the app store where
in the app description it will say something like “Family Sharing: Yes”.
