If you are thinking about doing that then I would consider getting a
blue-tooth keyboard in a case which will accomidate your IPad mini as well.
Just call the accessability line at Amazon and they will be glad to help.

I would suggest looking at what Logitech has. I have a mini and the keyboard
that comes with it has a slot the iPad mini fits into and when its closed it
resembles a netbook.
