I have the iPad mini case, and I bought the Otter Box for $65 in the U.S. If you got your mini just a couple of weeks ago, if it is a brand new one, chances are that you have the one with retina display.

Please if anyone knows of a reliable seller shipping to Slovakia who does sell Otterbox case for my Ipad model, please let me know. Or if there is any other case available that would provide similar kind of protection like otterbox does, please let me know about it. And finally, is there any difference between Ipad mini and Ipad mini with retina display? I am sorry for such a silly question, but I really do not know if my Ipad mini has retina display or not. It makes me confused because I have seen some products such as cases for example are categorised like they are made only for Ipad mini or only for Ipad mini with retina display.
