Hi, You can't delete apps like music, Camera, Weather and all the other apps which Apple provides as part of the iOS experience. Chances are you accidently moved it. Here is what you do:
First you have to of course swipe through your apps and find where it is. Try to figure out which row it is in and which column, e.g. on the very left in row 3 or the second from the right in row 4 etc. Now after you find it and Voiceover has focus on it, do a double tap and hold until you hear a triple tone and Voiceover says "Moving Music".At this point drag your finger down the screen into the dock, if you have moved apps before you know how this works, if not you just have to experiment. Anyhow, you should be able to move the music app back into the dock and once there you can move it to the position where you want it, e.g. very left, very right or second in from the left or second in from the right.
