Hi, just choose a hot mail account set up and it will work. I imagine
that with the service being called Outlook now, they will update that in
future iOS releases, but it's Hot mail for now.

Uh oh. I just tried doing it on my IPhone so that I could talk him through
it but did not find any option that had Outlook.com as a choice. I saw
