The VO issue is something a lot of us have mentioned before with it just going quiet for 60 to 90 seconds. It will come back if you just wait a bit.
The only real big bug I've experienced is the app itself crashing every now and then. That and when going back to a previous section, not being placed on the area I was but rather at the top of the paging necesitating me having to swipe down the page to find my place again.
