Hi, there is a setting the turn off, in her contacts section of her mail on her iPhone, if she turns off where it says contacts found in apps everything should be fine she won't get the reappearing name And email addresses that she is deleted. Sent from my iPhone > On Feb 16, 2017, at 9:12

first of all thanks for the suggestion on outlook i didn't even think of that. second, if i perform an encrypted backup with I tunes since i am using outlook for my email client will my username and password be stored? third is there a way to sign out of outlook? On Thursday, February 16, 2017
