Bluetooth keyboard won’t work because I can’t get past the four digit passcode
to unlock the phone. With or without a keyboard. As for A factory restore,

the menus with vo?
Or try doing a factory restore which will involve needing to connect your
phone to the computer,

Here Here’s an update. I tried connecting my wife’s iPhone to my Windows 7
machine and holding the home and sleep buttons to begin the recovery mode
process. I thought I was doing well until the message still came up that I
would have to respond on the iPhone to facilitate the download and rest
