I use 1Password and it works well. Though there are paid subscriptions and a $10 in-app purchase, I am still using the free version of 1Password. It does all that I need. It is very accessible with Voiceover. If you have a Touch ID capable device, you can also use your Touch ID to unlock the app.

I'm not a fan of cloud-based password apps which is why I use Keepass on my windows 7 computer and its companion Mini Keepass on my iPhone 7. That is Keepass spelled k e e p a s s. I'm running version 2.34 on my windows 7 computer and I have to use iTunes to transfer its password file to Mini
