If it is well marked up with chapters, then Voice Dream would be my choice.
Double tap the bookmarks button and you will have a list of chapters that
you can jump right to.

Voicedream isn't really very nice for reading books in braille. So, if you
want to read with a braille display ibooks is your baby. I find ibooks
atrocious for voice though. I just vocalizer. Voicedream comes with acapela
voices which are so much better for listening to books it blows the mi
