Hi. I'm not having this issue on my SE. Apart from the battery issue,
the iOS 12 has made things faster for me.
Can you tell a difference using Wifi or celular with Siri?

I have the same experience with my iPhone acts.
I think it has to do with that load on this server because it happened at
certain times of the day name my lunchtime and dinner time.
