Chris, I'm a big fan of Apple TV. I use it primarily for watching major league
baseball games and for Netflix. It's very voiceover friendly. I don't think
you'll have any difficulties using it when you get it.

I have had an apple tv for several years and love it. I have ripped all of my
cd collection to ITunes and love playing it over my network through the apple
tv. I don't subscribe to any of the movie or content services but have bought
a couple of movies.
