I believe it was removed from the app store. I can't find it anymore. And
it wouldn't surprise me, because there is one clue with a dog yelping
horribly
and the word is injury. I would bet that there were some complaints
about that. (No, I didn't, but I considered it.)

Yes the game is accessible but not fully. The lack of accessibility doesnt
interfer with the game play.
You are given a sound to listen to. You have too figure out the sound by
unscrambling a list of letters and not all of the letters will be used.

That’s the one. :) This game is really challenging, because some of the
solutions are pretty abstract and based on free association. I happen to like
that, but there are some pretty frustrated reviewers, i notice.
