Go into "SettingsAccessibility/Voiceover" and into Verbosity. Within Verbosity, flick right until you start seeing Caps change pitch, etc. Try to set up links, and "Actions" with sound. In my case, it sounded until I got off a phone call, is when the soundthe stopped, having tin change back to
