The way I get there is to go to app store, then my account, then subscriptions.

It used to be that, but they have simplified it.
Open the app store, double tap on my account, then flick right to manage
subscriptions.
If you don't find "my account" right away, open updates and it is there near
the top, but it should be near the top in most of the tabs.
