In iOS9, in the list of pages, you flick up with one finger until VO says
"close page" and then double tap, similar to closing apps in the App Switcher.
As he below message says, all Safari gestures are normal, just remember to use
your rotor to move by link, heading, or whatever else you want
Hi. When you're in safari... go to the bottom where there are several tabs.
You'll see pages... doubletap on that and there will be a list of open pages
with a close button after each one. Doubletap on the ones you want to close...
make sure vo says close and the name of the page then doubletap
And if you're in Safari a lot, you may want to go into your roter
settings and see what hierarchical navigation options you can add to
your roter, such as tables, form elements, lists and so on.

Tripple click home is still in the accessibility settings. You have to
indicate you want it to turn VO on and off in order for it to do that.
Also, you may want to slow down the click speed of the home button
which you will also find under accessibility. Once I slowed down the
click speed the home
