How old is the iPhone you are using? unless you see your device listed you will
not be able to transfer.
based on which version of Waltr 2 you have installed you should have a folder
option to choose.

That error could mean a bad cable.
If you do not have another cable, it could be it is too old to deal with. But,
try rebooting while the phone is plugged in.
