I highly recommend Crossword Dictionary by JPMartineau. It includes a
dictionary, thesaurus, crossword solver and a few other features. There are
more comprehensive dictionaries out there, but this is the most accessible and
user friendly dictionary app I've found.

Mariam Webster dictionary has a free version and accessible.
The last version of dictionary.com also seems to be accessible.
Then, there is the dictionary built-in to the IOS platform, which is quite
good when you can access it.
