Not sure of a number to call, but you can get them on twitter at
@directvnowhelp and get help that way. I would think they would have the
same on face book where you can PM them.

Here's how to do it. Look for the button after where you type something
to search. Pressing that button will show options like plan, account and
sign out. Choose the plan and you can cancel from there. It will give
you some choices as to why you're canceling. Do this from the website.
