I hate to burst your bubble, but the iCloud website at this point is not very accessible as you noticed, but buying a Mac will not help here, from what I hear it is equally inaccessible with a Mac at this point and maybe even more so because you can do some stuff if you are good with the Jaws cursor. It won't hurt if you write to accessibil...@apple.com and point out that since they make all their devices so wonderfully accessible, they should do the same with their web services.
