It does not show up as an update. As far as I know, that update is just for the
iPhone 12 and 13 models.
Once they are updated, in settings, general, About, it shows the version as
15.1.1.
And under software updates, it shows as 15.1.1 is up to date.

This came out last week. It was only for iPhone 12 and 13 phones I believe.
