Actually, in order for this to work you need to turn the phone off and then
turn it back on then Alex will be downloaded to your phone and it will Buddha
does Alex.

Unfortunately, turn voiceover off and back on did not resolve the issue. He
still has a Samantha voice. I am suspicious about the install of Alex and I'm
wondering if I need to remove it and we install it. The reason I say this is
because it got to about 65% and all of a sudden it was finished.
Well, I was in a Wi-Fi connection. If the download proceed it fairly quickly,
under a half an hour. But what happened was after it got to a certain
percentage and we monitor the progress, it's seem to stop. So I'm not sure
exactly what happened. But I am going to try secret suggestion and see

Hi, there's a bug in iOS with the Alex voice. You have to turn off voice over
with triple click home and then turn it back on to get Alex to be used. As far
as screen sensitivity goes, I don't think there's a way to adjust that.
