Has Apex had any firmware updates?
I have not handle one for several years.
If Humanware hasn't kept it updated, it could be an issue with the older
hardware/bluetooth.
Or, it could be a What's App issue.

Concerning the bugs in this iOS 13.1.1 update. Is there any problem concerning
the loss of power with the battery supply for the iPhone, or any other mobile
phone when downloading this new update. I need to know for sure so that I can
be aware of it. So far all the updates for me
I use the braillenote Apex and it happens randomly but most in Whatsapp.
