Well, I got this issue when the volume is high, but in a iPhone 4, so the
problem maybe is not the hardware.

yes, this is a very common problem. Also, there is a bug in the voiceover
volume in the rotor. If you turn it too far down, you will not be able to turn
it back up. Be careful.
