You're kinda missing the point here. Nuance didn't create Alex, Apple did. I
think it would be a million years until they let one of their voices b on a
Windows machine. The Siri voices we got now are from Nuance and that's why they
can be used with NVDA.

I doubt that it will be ported to NVDA. Alex was created before Vocalizer
Expressive for Mac OS X Leopard. Apple created the voice themselves so Nuance
has nothing to do with Alex unfortunately.
