Nope, the two-finger triple-tap brings up the item chooser. It's the
three-finger double-tap for muting VO.

Use a three-finger double-tap to mute speech. Triple-tap the home button to
turn VO off (and on if triple-tap is set to turn VO on in settings, general,
accessibility, triple-tap home.
