You do have the Audible app? There should be on their cloud tab a listing
of all the books in your library, just open the title you want, select the
various parts and in a bit it should all be on your iPhone. I realize you
won't be using the built-in music player that way but it is easier and for
me the ability to speed up the reading speed a bit is the really up side,
that and the sleep timer.

Good luck, I was very grateful for the Audible app when I restored my 4
once, it took a few minutes but the up side was that a couple of items I had
not been able to delete off the phone were not returned because I did not
select them for download.

I have never gotten an audible book through iTunes so I don't have a clue
how that would work.

Subject: problem sinking Audio Books to iPhone 5S

Hi listers,

I'm haveing a second sinking problem with my iPhone 5S. this time I can not
get my audio books to move from itunes to my iphone. I recently had a
similar problem with ring tones. I solved this by doing a full restore and
then pack up from the cloud. back up from iTunes just would not work.

Now I w noticed that when I went to read a audio book in the music app it
doesn't show any audio books at all not even the tab. Yet. I have been
able to remove and sink the same audio book repeatedly to my old 4S.

Any ideas on how to get itunes to transfer the audio book to my iPhone.

Other then these several sinking problems I like the 5S. However, this is a
rather big inconvenience.

I have talked for a few hours to Apple tech support but no solution is found
yet.

Your ideas are greatly appreciated.

I'd rather not completely erase and restore the iPhone again but that seems
like a possability in the end.

Eric Caron Moderately happy 5S owner
Very happy 4S owner
