returned to her by way of the driver bringing it back to her. I don't know the
details of how all this happened, meaning if the driver found her phone in his
car and looked to find any contact information in her phone.

including phones.

web browser on a computer,
If it’s an android,
There is a simplar product called (from memory) find my droid,
Either tool can let you remotely connect to the device either sounding an alerm,
Sending a message to it
