Yes, I had the same problem when I upgraded my phone. I actually deleted the app and reinstalled it. I had turned on notifications in the notification center made sure focus was turned off made sure that the app settings were all on notification and it still didn't work. Downloading the app again

Have you launched the apps in question on the new phone? Sometimes that’s
enough to fix it. If not, turn off their notifications in settings and
notifications and then when you launch the apps themselves, they might ask for
