Give StreamToMe a try, you will need ServeToMe installed on your pc. You
then choose which folders to share and browse your audio library from the
phone, it's a great combination.
The only thing it won't stream as something from a hardware source such as
your line-in jack.

Try Tonido which may do just what you want. You first of all set it up
via the desktop app then you download the iPhone app from the app store.
Log in with your credentials set up on the desktop app and you should by
