On the devices, go into settings and go to the itunes and app store setting.
If the new one is not the default, just sign out there and sign in again
with the new one.
On the PC, Just sign out from the store menu in iTunes and sign in again
with the new ID and password.
The same goes for the iClo
You will have to go in and change it on each device.
