As long as the apple ID account is the same..
I think the easiest way is to go to the app store on your iPhone and
download them there. They shouldn't cost you anything, since you already
purchased them. 

Now the fastest way is to sync your iPod with iTunes, Then choose which apps
you want to go to your iPhone, and sync it after doing so.
