As far as i understand it, the 24 hour unlimited gold means that every bonus
roll you make is free during that time, that is, you don’t pay anything for
using bonus rolls.

When you play a game where a bonus roll is available, instead of that costing
one gold it costs nothing for 24 hours. This should also work if you have no
gold at all.
