Apple's user guides are usually about major iOS versions as opposed to major
hardware devices. But as Richard said, check the Books app on your device. And
if you're used to reading with Voice Dream Reader on your iPhone, don't expect
your Books reading experience to be as good.

I’ve not seen an alternate version yet. Well, I haven’t looked since the SE
2nd generation since the last few were only in Apple Books.
Open the books app and search for Se user guide and see if you find it.
