You only need to double tap on one of those dot png buttons to get that to
work. Give me a call if you still can't get it to work. I gave you my number

Don, I had the same problem. I just kept clicking on the three check boxes,
and, have no idea why, but, at some point it accepted them. My next step was
going to get my sighted person to do it. If you have a sighted person with
you, you might ask them. I just lucked out after double tapping
