Hi,
I purchased a book from the Kindl Store and it said that speech was enabled.
I've got the book on my phone and can read it with VO but how do I read it
with the speech that comes with the book? Do I have to purchase and download
the voices?

There is no speech that comes with kindle books. Speech enabled refers to the
fact that you can read the book with limited navigation possibilities using one
of the Kindle devices such as the old Kindle Keyboard, or the Kindle for pc app
with accessibility plug in. Those have a speech synthesize
