This app is not working on my iPhone 4S. It gives the same high pitch sound in
dark and in light. Is there a fix?

I had the same result. That high pitched sound nearly deafened me.I am guessing
that if you turn off the sound that the percentage spoken goes up and down
depending on how much light it detects. I
