You can go to Voiceover Settings and Commands and assign whatever action you
want to any gesture.

Hi all, I was playing around in VoiceOver commands last night and found single
finger triple tap brings up the little shortcut menu. This is way easier than
the tap and hold for either 3d touch or haptic.
