I finally heard the chime. I removed my watch faces and added a different color
of both but not sure if that was the problem. Whatever it was, I'm just happy.

I have chime turned on but I don't understand the rest of your message. Are you

In accessibility go to chime and turn it on. Set your time and turn on the
sound you want. Both the time and the kind of chime are places you can double
tap for the list. Hope this helps.
