Subject: RE: Siri won't give me time to ask a question
Sorry, I didn’t check carefully and thought this was the Apple Beta list I am
also on as is Richard.
Anyways, there is no point in getting too upset, iOS 13 is in Beta and a number
of things don’t work correctly as is
t and it works fine.

You have to hold the home button if you are not using Hey Siri, unless you know
a setting I do not.

If all else fails, head over to settings and Siri and turn it off and
wait for a couple of minutes and turn it back on. The way to turn it off
is to select where it says turn off Siri using the home or side button.

First, close all apps from the app switcher, and reboot your phone.
Then, try again. If that doesn't work, explain exactly what steps you use to
get Siri listening? Hey Siri, or holding the home button?
I suspect the reboot will fix it.

Hello list
When I activate Siri and start to ask a question she just plays the
sound and then says she doesn't know i.e. she does not wait for me to
complete the question. This is on an iPhone 7 with IOS 12.4. Has anyone
experienced this?
