Off VS Voiceover Off?
Hi Fazil, turning VoiceOver off exits the whole screen reader. Speech off
just mutes the speech. For example I use VoiceOver a lot of the time with my
Braille display, and when I do that, I turn speech off but leave VoiceOver on
so info continues to be sent to my Focus 14

no. one turns speech on/off but Voiceover is still active, hence why
you still hear its noises. Home triple press actually turns VO on/off.
