Hello All, can someone suggest a talking time app for the iphone using ios
15.1 with these 2020? I did everything I could to get my app to speak the
time every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. I spent a good hour with the Apple
disability Desk and the rep said that all the settings are good. There are a
Chime hasn't been updated for more than two years. That wouldn't
matter except that since iOS 10 it has read very inconsistently.
Westminster Chimes still gets updates and has the option of a voice
instead of chiming.

I'm trying to find an app that announces the time on the hour, half hour,
and quarter hour using a human voice. I previously used an app called
Timely but the app is no longer available on the App Store. Thank you for
any suggestions you can offer.
