Digit-eyes is a barcode scanner and works completely differently.
If you find the barcode, it works very well. I love it. They have some
hints on their site on where to locate barcodes on different items.

The location service does not matter on TapTapSee. It was originally built
in for a future feature. However, due to the positive response we have
received so far, we've decided to hold of on that feature.
