3 finger swipe to refresh doesn't work in Voxer either but you can use the
double tap and hold and dragging while on the oldest message without releasing
the finger. This will refresh the content.

I would be particularly interested if the 3 finger swipe down to refresh still
works in teitterific. I can't remember if I saw an update making it ios-7
compatible, and in any case, I have not yet updated to ios7. I'm waiting for an
update to my gps app, and if twitteriffic isn't yet compatible
working for me.
