Today View in Notification Center is completely broken in IOS 9.2.1

Does anyone successfully use the Today view in Notification Center? I have deleted everything and put some things back but in the latest update IOS and VoiceOVer completely crashes in Today View as I hear screen curtain on then nothing for a few seconds and then screen curtain on once again. If
