Sure, tap the menu button in the top left, then go down to accounts. Double
tap and hold on the account that you want to clear cache for. This part is a
little inconsistent. I had to double tap and hold, but then I ended up double
tapping again. A menu appears towards the bottom giving you

the top when new Tweets come in, but when I move to lists, it refreshes better
now. If I flick right from the top row of lists, past the search box, I land
